I use Jolen creme bleach. It is for bleaching hair like this. YOu mix bleach and creme the put it one for 5 minutes about twice. Then you are good for a couple weeks. The box lasts for almost 2 years! I love it! You can also try electrolysis. It is usually permanent but i more expensive.

you can use Nair. its meant for your legs but if you put a little bit on your upper lip, it should work. Get the lotion, not the spray

Get it wax. It may hurt as if a ban aid getting ripped off but only for a sec.In the long run the hair on your upper lip will not grow as much.
